Problem p5000etch SNF 2010-03-16 18:50:40: Ch. A down

wafer apparently broke inside. About 3/4 of the wafer came back out, but a piece is still inside (please save it if it's still in one piece). subsequent wafer ran automatically as we weren't aware the wafer had broken but gave a helium leak rate error.
