Problem p5000etch SNF 2010-03-01 19:53:31: wafer bits likely left in ChB

one wafer came out of ChB with mousebite missing at one of the clamp positions... likely chewed off by clamp finger. i left the wafer in front of machine on a wipe, so that all crumbs could be accounted for
