TiN wet etch recipe

Dear Labmembers,

I wonder if anyone have tried TiN wet etch before. Any input is
welcome. thank you very much.

I found a recipe called APM solution (NH4OH : H2O2 : H2O = 1 : 2: 5) at 60C.
