Problem p5000etch SNF 2008-09-05 15:34:33: Burned resist

Three cases have been reported this week. I looked at one of the wafers and it appears that there might be something on the lip seal. The burning is to one side of the wafer and the user reporrts that the He leak rate is higher than usual....
