Another Venture Clinic for anyone interested in learning about the venture business. Gavin McCraley from Morrison & Foerster will review "considerations in forming and organizing a new business venture, with a view to founding an organization that plans to seek venture and other invesment capital" while Shahin Farschi from Lux Capital will "spend a few moments familiarizing the group with the process be which VC firms evaluate new investments." And there will be opportunity for lots of Q&A.
