- Reset the Ch.B heat exchanger circuit breaker and adjusted the temperature
- Corrected Ch.C heat exchanger configuration
- Re-enabled the cap sensors
- Ran 4 wafers through Ch.C and 1 wafer through Ch.A with no problems
