Shutdown p5000etch SNF 2010-01-30 13:54:13: wafer stuck Ch. B

Error messege saying wafer was not released from chamber B. Wafer was visually seen on handler, and tried to return all wafers to cassette, but gave another error. Will leave tool with full set of wafers in the elevator, and one on the handler.
