Comment p5000etch SNF 2009-07-24 15:35:31: Ch.A is down

High backside He leak rate (~16 sccm @ 8Torr). Tried adjusting the wafer handoff position without opening the chamber but was not succesful in lowering the leak rate. Need to vent the chamber. I turned off the turbo.
