Re: Shutdown p5000etch SNF 2012-12-14 15:22:48: Robot Extension

Temporary repiared (solder broken wires) ribbon cable. Lugwig
needed the tool badly. Ribbon cable is part of the robot it move when
robot is moving to chamber axis.
