We'd like to bring to your attention two new links on the SNF home
page. On the lower right side, under "Quick Links", you will find links
to summaries of tool status in the Etch and the Furnace/Diffusion
areas. These morning updates will be posted on a daily basis
(Monday-Friday). We hope that these will be useful in providing a
broader picture of the priority issues in each area. Let us know what
you think.
