ChA cathode base (the part that leaked coolant) is on order now and should hopefully be here tomorrow, perhaps Wednesday. Helium feedthrough is backordered until November, but it may be possible to obtain one from elsewhere (this was damaged with the leak) and we are working on this. The turbopump (another victim of the leak) is due in hopefully tomorrow.
Cesar reports that the hard drive is OK now, following repair of the 15V power supply. (Well, OK to how it was running early last week - recipes can now be accessed.) So ChB and ChC should be OK to run.
By the way, when ChC was reported to have a helium leak last week, it turned out that shards of a broken wafer were preventing wafers from being properly clamped onto the chuck, thus allowing backside helium to leak through. If you break a wafer in a chamber, even if it's "just a dummy", please be a responsible user and REPORT IT.
