Comment p5000etch SNF 2010-09-22 12:44:55: Update Chamber A

Chamber cathode assembly and process kit are installed and
chamber leak rate is .8mt per min. I ran 30mins n2 plasma.
Chamber will need to be condition before running any sample
wafers..
