300 nm SiO2 on 1-100 ohm/sq wafer

Dear Labmembers,

I'd like to try my new process on a 300 nm SiO2 wafer (1-100 ohm/sq). If anyone plans to grow 300 nm SiO2 on 1-100 ohm/sq Si wafers (N or P type), I wonder if I could get one.
