Shutdown p5000etch SNF 2008-07-28 15:11:20: 2 wafers stuck inside

HT Ex fault +it seems that the equipement has been shutted down while my wafers were in.
1 wafer in chamber A
1 wafer in lock chamber
I left a box on the table to collect them
