Shutdown p5000etch SNF 2010-03-13 20:48:36: broken wafer

Got an Error message while running Chamber C. It said wafer didn't drop on bald. When try to home all the robots. found some wafer pieces in the transfering chamber. I guess my wafer was broken inside.
