Problem p5000etch SNF 2010-03-08 12:02:42: Wafer did not drop on blade

This time I was 1 for 2. First etch for 180s handled ok, second etch had the usual problem again.
Please recover my wafer into my box so I can repeat the process over again. Thanks!
