Re: Problem p5000etch SNF 2008-01-09 09:12:02: CHB still down. CHA/C OK to use.

Installed rebuilded turbo pump and controller and also,
changed change clamping kit and pedestal quartz ring.
Chamber will need to be condition before running sample.
