Comment p5000etch SNF 2010-08-30 15:32:21: Ch.A update
Cesar has cleaned and reassembled the chamber. Now waiting on the rebuilt turbo pump. It should be ready by Thursday. We will then heat up and pump down the chamber to verify that the leak has been repaired. If everything is OK, the system should be ready by late next week 9/10.
