Comment p5000etch SNF 2010-08-23 14:53:16: Update Ch.A

Ch. will not be available until this week. Found that from the vacuum pump had backstream all the way to the chamber. Now in the process of disassembling the process chamber. Need to replace/ clean all contaminated parts.
