We are missing a white notebook titled' PlasmaTherm PECVD' that was
located near the two new PECVD tools by stsetch1. It contains
information valuable to the starting up of those systems. If you have
seen the notebook or somehow picked it up please return it or let us
know where it is. You will be doing the lab a great service.
