Received this error after a 10-minute poly etch in chamber C. Wafer was loaded correctly with flat facing inward.
Details:
Wafer type: prime
# wafers: 1
Resist type: 3612, 1um
EBR: 5mm
Box is right next to the machine, labeled PCAFM PRIME.
Wafer goes in slot 13.
