Dear my labmembers
I wonder if anyone has (or know) a vacuum furnace to anneal some coupon samples upto 800oC. In my samples, there are no volatile species at this temperature range. It is just a Si coupon with some Fe and Pt.
I really appreciate for your time and kind consideration, in advance.
With my best wishes Jung-Sub Wi, Ph.D.
