Dear Labmembers
I couldn't find one of my wafer box in the cleanroom. There are 21 or 20 brand new
double polished R-prime wafers in the box with the thickness ~350um each. I am not sure whether my coral ID qran is on the box or not.
If you saw them, please let me know. Thanks a lot for your help.
