Shutdown p5000etch SNF 2012-03-14 21:59:09: robot arm failure

looks like a cylinder filter or something is jammed in the arm. I cleared the error and clicked return all wafers to cassette, but nothing happens. My wafer is currently in the machine. Please keep me posted on progress.
