I'm sorry for the spam. I need Silicon wafers coated with a metal film
and PZT (for example: Si/SiO2/Ti/Pt/PZT). I'm flexible on the
thicknesses and the type of metal, my only requirement is that the
polarization of the PZT should be as high as possible.
I would like to know if some groups at Stanford routinely grow such
structures or if there are known suppliers where I could buy a few
wafers like that.
