Problem p5000etch SNF 2010-09-06 16:07:32: chamber C helium back flow too high

I tried running multiple chamber C recipes on different wafers (including a new/untouched wafer), and each time the machine reports a "cooling helium flow too high" problem. Maybe the wafer isn't attaching well to the pins.
