Comment p5000etch SNF 2010-05-04 13:36:58: Ch A quick check

Ran two wafers using EP. Wafer #3 ended at 81 sec, wafer #2 at 83 secs. This compares well with the last qual, same batch of wafers from gyrphon, took 80 sec
