Installed spacers under the quartz clamp to reduce the clamping force. Ran 24 wafers using the Jim Ox recipe (120 sec etch) with no problems. Now running with the fire polished clamp. Previous test using this clamp caused wafers to intermittently chip or break (high He leak) but no mishandling (cap sensor fault).
