Comment p5000etch SNF 2010-03-03 18:01:55: Ch.B update

Need to replace the electrode's quartz insulator. The quartz ring has been etched too thin and is now allowing the wafer to hit the metal rim of the chuck druring clamping. Will order part tomorrow.
