PMMA dry-etching mask on Lampoly or P5000

Dear All,

I am thinking about using  PMMA as mask for dry etching poly-Si (etching depth ~180nm).  Has anyone ever tried that on either Lampoly and P5000?   I was hoping to know if this way is doable or not.
