Sample of SU-8 or HD-8820

Hello,

Can any one spare some SU-8 and developer for SU-8 or HD-8820 sufficient enough to coat 2-3 wafers at SNF?  The SU-8 thickness target is 10-20um and for HD-8820 is ~6-10um.
