Problem p5000etch SNF 2009-07-12 05:23:42: CH.A Pressure Error and particles

Same problem as I encountered last week. Pressure is below setpoint when running CH.A METAL recipe, which terminates etching before it's completed.
Also still see particles, although better than last week.
Please help. Thanks!
