Problem p5000etch SNF 2008-09-05 15:24:31: CH. A. resist burn, high He leak rate

1.6um 3612 resist with 110C hard bake burned after CH. A Metal recipe. Half of the wafer was burned while half was fine. Nocited Helium leak rate is high.
